the premier surf retailer. We started by opening our first store in Huntington Beach at the corner of 101 and Main St. Our passion for the waves and surf is what has continued to drive our growth and expansion.

What You Will Do:
- Interact with customers by telephone & email to answer any questions about products/orders and address any customer concerns or requests.
- Assist customers in a courteous, professional manner, resolving all issues efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate effectively and coordinate with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent phone skills
- Ability to work independently & in a team environment
- Attention to detail & ability to multi-task
- Handle large workloads during busy times (sales & holidays)
- Some knowledge of surf & skate products
- Some knowledge of Photoshop
Communication is important in this department. We need someone who is committed, can learn and understand quickly and can handle the upcoming holidays.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Have strong communication & time management skills
- Ability to use Shopify & Retail Pro is a plus.
- Energetic, friendly & positive
- Knowledge of Surf & Skate products is a plus.
