Keep on Surfin Classic Long Sleeve Tee

Ordered two long sleeve shirts from the website and I was impressed with the level of communication through email regarding order status, awesome! Package arrived quick but both shirts arrived as short sleeve. I used the chat feature to let them know what was wrong. Things started out well, but I was told it was policy that they receive my return before shipping the correct item. I could understand if it were a return because of something on my end, but the wrong order was shipped by Jack’s and the person I talked to wasn’t going to break away from “policy”. I know its a surf shop, but the only thing was told was “it’s our bad”, no apology even after I mentioned I purchased the shirts for an even and I wouldn’t be able to have them in time because of their “policy”.

I won’t be purchasing through Jack’s again
