We Usually have a 48 hours processing time during business hours.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase according to our return policy. 

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you receive incorrect or damaged merchandise, contact our Customer Service  within 7 days of the delivered date.

We will make every reasonable effort to replace the merchandise in a timely manner. 

We will cover the shipping charges if there was an error on our end.

We will process your refund within 3-5 Business Days after receiving your return in our warehouse. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 7 additional business days to post the refund to your account. 

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selected variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Must have a copy of the receipt.

We currently have 2 different types of gift cards, which might be the reason it is not working properly. Online Gift cards codes are emailed to the customer as an online code that can also only be redeemed Online. We also have a physical Gift Card which we sale in store and just recently online. However they cannot be used online (at the moment).

Yes! We ship internationally. However there are some Exclusions Such as surfboards & oversized items.

All International Orders may and most likely will be subject to Customs Duties, Tariffs, VAT’s and any other fee your country charges.

Jack’s Surfboards does not incur any of these fees.

FedEx or USPS will charge you these Fees when the package is delivered or picked up.

International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including exchanges. You will be held responsible for the return shipping costs if the package is sent back for any reason.
