With a large selection of different products that we offer, we also get a large amount of different customer questions.

Q. How is my order being shipped?

A.  Your order will either be shipped via

FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, USPS, or Ontrac.

Q. When is my order shipped?

A. Most orders are packaged and shipped either the same or next business day.

However there are some orders that may take an additional 2-3 business days to process due to having to get an item from one our retail stores.

Q. How long until my order arrives?

A. After the order has been picked up by the shipper, transit time is 2-5 business days depending on what service you selected at checkout.

However during special sales & peak season some orders may take an additional 3-5 business days to process.

Q. How many locations does Jack's Surfboards have.

We have 6 physical retail locations across Orange County & Los Angeles County.

Our HQ is in Huntington Beach, CA

We also have 2 Outlet stores in Huntington Beach & San Clemente.

Q. Can I order/pick-up in person at your store/warehouse?

A.  Absolutely, yes you can.

Please allow up to 1-3 business days to process the order.

*We will notify you via email/phone once your order is ready.

Q. Can I pay on a payment Plan?

A.  Yes, with our payment partner Affirm, if eligible, you can split up the payments on your order.
