What Is In-Store Pickup?

We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our customers local to Southern California. Upon checkout you may select which store you'd like to pick up your order.

 

Which stores have In-Store Pickups?

Currently all of our stores offer In-Store pickups Including out Surfer Outlet Stores.

How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?

Typically within 1-3 business days you will receive a phone call when the order is ready to pick up.

 

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

Bring a copy of your order and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order.

 

How long will orders be held in the store?

Orders will be held for 7 days. If not picked up after 7 days, the order will be sent back to our warehouse.

 

What happens if I am unable to pickup the order within the pickup window?

If you do not pick up your order within the pickup window, your order will  automatically be canceled and you will be issued a full refund.

Can I return my In-Store Pickup order?

Yes, our standard return policy applies to In-Store Pickup orders. However, You will not be refunded in store. Your order will be sent to our Online Department who will be handle your return.
