Processing Time for orders shipping with ground or economy shipping is 1-3 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping options and international orders will be shipped same-day or the next business day if placed after 12:00 pm PST.

Regular Jack's order fulfillment hours are Mon to Fri, 9 am to 5pm. We ship from our distribution center in Huntington Beach, CA.

I bought that rug with the T-shirt and the T-shirt you sent me I bought extra large and the shirt is probably a medium and I try to reach out to you and you will not reply on that so therefore I am not buying any more Jack’s clothing or anything because he don’t need to take a vantage of anybody and not reply when they reach out to you for something that you have missed labeled and will not respond to
I bought that Ragu and also bought an extra large T-shirt and the T-shirt is probably a medium or a large and I reached out to you and you will not respond I’m not only on this rug therefore I will not purchase any more clothing from Jack’s

Even the name is cool. I like this surfboard rug so much, I may buy one in another color. It reminds me of Huntington Beach year round at home in New Jersey .
