RETURN POLICY

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange, gift card or refund. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for cosmetics, earrings, undergarments, and beauty tools (including hair tools). Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.

Holiday Purchases

Holiday purchases made from November 18h thru December are accepted for 30 days or thru January 12 of following year (2025)

Return Policy

Return Options

Easy, sustainable returns available with printerless USPS QR codes or printable return labels. Printerless QR codes are also available for select orders through Happy Returns.

Return Processing Time

All refunds and store credits are processed within 6 business days of our team receiving your items. Exchanges will process once your items are in transit with the carrier.

HOW TO RETURN

If you wish to return your item(s) from your Website purchase,
please access our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your
item(s) at jackssurfboards.com/apps/redo/returns-portal.

Please do NOT return items before getting authorization from our Return Portal.

Please note that once your return is approved, you must send items back within 48 business hours of the return being approved.

The reason for this policy is that we sell out of inventory very quickly in order to be able to launch so much new inventory. We need items back in a timely manner so we can bring in new inventory once those items are
sold out.

Website orders are given the option of purchasing $3.97 Return Protection, or Re:do. This protection offers a FREE return shipping label should a customer need to return their item(s).

Customers who do not purchase the Return Protection are responsible for the Return Shipping Costs.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and be returned to us in the way they were sent to you.

Returns must include the packing slip you received with the items. If you don’t have access to a printer and have lost your packing slip, you can write your name, order number, and items you are returning. You must include the order number that each item came from. Items returned without this information will not be accepted.

Items need to be returned in the same condition that we sent them out.


If shoes came in a box, they need to be returned in a box. Please ensure that the items you send back are sent back in a plastic bag inside the poly mailer or box to ensure they don't get ruined in transit.

Once your item has been received and processed, you will receive an email alerting you.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We attempt to inspect every item before shipping it, however, sometimes we may miss a defect. If an item you are trying to return is damaged in any way please let us know via email at CustomerService@jacksurf.com

(2) the order number

(3) provide a photo of the damaged item
