SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship all orders from our Southern California warehouse Monday-Friday, Excluding Holidays. Orders placed after 11:00AM PST will start processing the following business day.
Note that all orders placed after 11:00AM PST on Fridays, Saturday or Sunday will not process until the next business day.
Orders may take 1 - 2 business days to process and ship after you have received your confirmation email. (3-5 business days during peak season/holidays for orders with free shipping)
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Excludes Hawaii and Alaska and all off-shore United States territories and possessions, which include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands.
Excludes PO Boxes, APO's and FPO's
Taxes do not count toward the free shipping total.
FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes, APO's and FPO's
- Order Confirmation /Receipt Email (within 15 min of submitting the order)
- Expedited shipments ship out within one business day, Economy shipping may take longer during peak season (November 24-December 24)
- Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your shipment is labeled
All online orders are pulled directly from one our store locations throughout Orange County, CA and in some cases the items will come directly from the manufacturer.
Because of this, most orders have a 1-2 day Processing Time (excluding Weekends & Holidays) before they will ship.
If Items are out of stock you will notified by our Customer Service Department.
