What Is your Return Policy?

Returns made within the 30 days from the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in sellable condition.

Returns made after the 30 days of the order shipment date will be credited via an email E-Credit.

 

What If my order has Incorrect or Damaged Items?

If we have sent you the wrong or damaged item, Please contact us as soon as possible and we will handle your order in a kindly matter.

we will gladly issue a return label and handle your return as soon as possible.

 

Can I still return any Merchandise if it's been worn or washed?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of items that have been worn or washed.

 

Can I change my order?

Yes, please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change or add an item.

If you would like to add an item, we will have to authorize your card again for the additional charge.

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally. For the full list of countries we ship to, Please Visit our International Shipping Page.

 

Can I Return my order in one of your stores?

Yes, but unfortunately they cannot issue you the refund until it is sent back to the Web Department.

 

What if I bought an item in store and would like to Return/Exchange but is out of state?

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

You must have the Original Sales in order to Return or Exchange.

All Merchandise must be unworn & unwashed with tags attached.

Please Include your receipt, the product you would like to send back, and the reason for your return.
