Returns and Exchanges:

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange, gift card or refund. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for cosmetics, earrings, undergarments, and beauty tools (including hair tools). Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.

Clothing:

Clothing must be unused, unwashed, and in sellable condition with all tags attached. Shoes must not be worn and must include original undamaged packaging. We recommend that you walk around on carpet to see if shoes fit. If they don’t fit, the bottoms won’t be dirty and you can send them back. Sunglasses must have no scratches and be in sellable condition. Videos, DVD’s and CD’s must be unopened and in original packaging.


Hardware:

All products must be returned in sellable condition. Skateboards and Snowboards must be unused and in sellable condition. Once a deck and/or wheels have been used they are non-returnable. Same applies to complete skateboards that have been put together. Snowboard bindings must have all parts and must include original undamaged packaging. Surfboards are final sale. Any claim for defective Skateboards, Snowboards, and Surfboards will be handled on a case by case basis.


What happens if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise?

If we shipped you an item that was incorrect or damaged, please contact as soon as possible so we can help correct this issue. We will gladly issue you a prepaid return shipping label if there was a mistake on our end. Otherwise, all returns must be returned at the customers expense. We suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery tracking Confirmation.

  • For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

  • Ship to:

  • Include your invoice, the product you would like to send back, and the reason for your return.

  • When we receive the product we will issue a refund or exchange the item at your request.

  • Enter your main account email address and password and then click 'Sign In'

  • If you have forgotten your password, click on the link titled, 'Forgot Your Password?'

  • Under 'Shopping Preferences' click on the link titled, 'View Order Status and History' on this screen you can find out more information about a specific order.
