Ugg Vladivostok mini boot in goat color. The picture looks tan, it definitely is more light gray. Still like it but isn’t what is shown for sure!

Received item damaged, a bit of scuffing on one of the boots already, been trying to get ahold of customer service with multiple emails over the last week and still haven’t heard back. Want to see if I can get a partial refund since the damage is not major but if I don’t hear back soon I am just going to return.
