E-Commerce Associate-Customer Support
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Job description:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Secondary customer service support
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Providing exceptional customer support via email and phone calls
- Maintaining strong communication with retail stores to transfer necessary product
- Receiving and coordinating store transfers to enhance order fulfillment
- Organize, manage, and archive digital assets
- Pulling orders from the warehouse
- Ability to use Photoshop ( Ex: editing flat-lay and lifestyle product photos)
- Updating online product and inventory
- Editing product pictures to upload onto the website
- Updating product descriptions.
- Attention to detail & ability to multi-task
- Communicate effectively and coordinate with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to work independently & in a team environment
- Handle large workloads during busy times (sales & holidays)
- Some knowledge of surf & skate products
- Work Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm at the Web Department/Warehouse in Huntington Beach.
