Everything about ordering from jacks was great. From the confirmation email to the quick shipping. My boyfriend loves these slippers. Jacks was the only place carrying his size. I read reviews about them running small, but we didn’t feel that was true. They’re also very sturdy and high quality, making that price point WORTH IT. He hasn’t taken them off since they arrived! Thanks for making this Christmas present extra special! Cheers.
