The AM1 Techflex, designed by legendary shaper Al Merrick of Channel Island Surfboards, is a medium sized 5-fin setup in the Rake template category. The quad rear template is modeled after the rear of the Bobby Quad which is an upright fin with a fuller beak tip allowing for more maneuverability without sacrificing drive through turns.
