Processing Time for orders shipping with ground or economy shipping is 1-3 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping options and international orders will be shipped same-day or the next business day if placed after 12:00 pm PST.
Regular Jack's order fulfillment hours are Mon to Fri, 9 am to 5pm. We ship from our distribution center in Huntington Beach, CA.
Any orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will begin processing on the next following business day (excluding holidays)

I bought this shirt thinking that it would be a plain off-white color. However when it arrived there were many brown spots/speckles on the shirt which is not at all visible in the advertising picture on the website. I called customer service because I thought something was wrong with the shirt and they said it’s supposed to be there 🤷♀️

I have not had any major problems with Jacks Tees. I wear them every day. My issue is that I cannot shop in your store and your website and warehouse are unreliable. My size and selection will show as available. But then be cancelled due to lack of stock. This has happened with more than several shirts on every order I have made. Almost 50% of my order will be cancelled hours before shipment because your inventory does not match what your website advertised. This is not a new problem. In the past I have requested that out of stock items be shipped when they were back in stock and then waited over 8 months to get my order- and even then got several substitutions. Yours is the only online store that I consistently have this issue with so I know that it does not have to be a problem. Again, I love your products they are not the problem.
