I spent a lot of time reviewing the size chart. I'm 5'-9" and 182 lbs with slightly bigger chest and arms from lifting. I ordered a Large Short. It is an extremely tight fit once it's on but the process to get it on is too hard. I feel like I'm going to tear the arms when i slide them on. problem is next size up with larger waist and chest is XLS which is for 195lbs. So what am I suppose to do? maybe just live with it or return for a different brand that sizes different? after it's on, its super warm and flexible. I feel like I can probably be in the water for quite a while and feel really good. great quality on the seems. front chest zip didn't help me get suit on easier cuz it's so tight. I choose front zip cuz I have swimming shoulder injury that makes it hard to reach over. back zipper is probably easier to get on afterall. If this was easier to get on, I would be super happy with this buy. btw. I have owned a handful of wetsuits for surfing and triathalons
