You sent me ,the wrong color, shirt ,the logo was red when I received it not the in the image I ordered

You did this before when I ordered shorts, I ordered when in half hour of the start of the sale. Almost one month went by and I had not received my order. I keep calling in ,and you agent kept telling me they were waiting for one item from one of your store's. A month and a half later I called and your agent said you were sold out.i spoke to a supervisor, and he told me he was sorry and would send

Replacements .l received them and it turned out to be way out dated items that I saw at your whare house sale years prior to my purchase. I gave up and I was never made whole. Now it seems to be part of your business practice. I'm have been buying from Jack's since 1974. All though I'm aware of the new company ( Asian owner) his good friend is my neighbor in irvine ca.i was planning to bring my experiences to his attention so he would pass it on to the owner. I believe you should make me whole
